Brief

A new desert camp in Abu Dhabi needed a site that could rank against established tour operators and turn a visit into an enquiry, with no paid traffic to lean on.

Friction

A brand with no footprint, a market full of operators with ad budgets, and buyers who compare on Google, reviews and price pages before they ever message.

Outcome

The site ranks #1 for desert camp in Abu Dhabi. It is organised so each commercial query has its own page, and each page carries the structured data and proof a buyer or an answer engine looks for.

How it was actually built.

01

One page per intent

I mapped what people search before opening a design file. The site has 18 experience pages, one for each service a buyer asks for by name, instead of one long services page.

  • Weddings, corporate events, team building, proposals, glamping, dining, brand activations
  • Two venue pages and eight case studies that act as proof, not decoration
  • Pricing, FAQ, reviews and an answers hub so comparison queries land on the site

02

Structured data on every page type

Each template ships with its own schema, so a new page is machine-readable the day it goes live.

  • Organization, LocalBusiness, TouristAttraction and EventVenue for the entity
  • Service and FAQPage for the experience pages
  • ItemList and BreadcrumbList for the structure

03

Built to convert, not just rank

A floating WhatsApp button, dedicated custom-experience pages and a forms backend, because the enquiry is the goal and most guests ask on WhatsApp.

04

Trust off the site too

Google Business Profile, Trustpilot, Google Reviews and TripAdvisor were set up at launch, so the reviews a buyer finds match the site.

Takeaway

A site that ranks is an information architecture problem first. The design came after I knew which page each query needed.
